No yolk-ity, No doubt

I can't even begin to describe the number of times that I have "attempted" to make my breakfast just little more healthy. I've constantly tried to make eggs the healthier way. Especially seeing as how eggs are not particularly good for me since I have cholesterol problems. So every time I want to makes simply egg whites, it all goes so wonderfully wrong. Yes, we all know the good 'ole way of separating the egg yolk from the white part. This is something not easily done unless you have steady hands and/or are Ina Garten. So when I stumbled upon this little gem. I immediately had to try it.



I was so excited to try that I even made of video of my own sad attempt.
